Shipping Information

What are the delivery charges and shipping details?
Silversurfers Shop delivery charges and details are as follows;
All items will be delivered to the address you have confirmed at the point of your order.

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 (2-3 day delivery)
  • Express Delivery: £6.99 (Next day delivery)
  • Free Express Delivery on all orders over £30.00

Standard Delivery is through Royal Mail and Express Delivery through FedEx.

Orders placed before 12.00 will be sent out on the same day. Any orders placed on or after 12.00 may not be dispatched until the following morning. Any orders placed on Friday after 12.00 will be dispatched Monday morning with standard next day delivery.

Delivery is free for orders over £30. All orders under £30 will be charged at Standard Delivery of £3.99 for delivery throughout the UK.

Please note that we are unable to process orders for delivery on weekends or public holidays.

Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment with all major credit and debit cards, including Amex. We also accept Paypal payments.

Do You Keep My Payment Details?
We do not store your payment details, we only pass these on to the merchant that processes your payment. The merchants we use are Shopify and Paypal.

How do I change an unwanted or faulty item?

How quickly are items delivered?
We aim to have all our items delivered to you within 3 days of your order. If you opt for next day delivery (if your order is placed before 12 noon Monday-Thursday) this costs £6.99 postage.

How long do I have to return unwanted items purchased from Silversurfers Shop?
You have 14 days to return the unwanted item.

What is Silversurfers returns policy?
For all goods that our customers wish to return firstly email us with details of what you would like to return and the reason for the return. Our friendly customer services team will aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your email.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
 Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
