Q. How can I be sure that my online order has been accepted?

We will e-mail you to confirm receipt of your order. You can also check your order if you log in to your account and check under 'My Orders'. Your order should have a status of 'Confirmed' of it has been accepted.

Q. How do I return a product that is incorrect/damaged?

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for information on cancellations and refunds.

You can return a product by using the freepost return label that you can find here.

Please note that you must print out the freepost return label and attach it to your return as the Royal Mail will no longer accept any freepost returns if they are hand written.

Please include your name, address and order number (if applicable) when returning products.

Q. My order status says it has been 'confirmed' but I have not received it?

Don't worry, this means your order has been accepted on the website. We are in the process of picking, packing your items and sending them out to you.

Q. How much is it for delivery?

A.

For Subscriptions delivery is included in the price, this applies for UK & overseas subscriptions.

For Products delivery is free to addresses in the UK, £9.99 for delivery to Europe and £14.99 for delivery to the rest of the world.
