How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery service takes 3-5 working days. We also operate a next day delivery service for an additional fee.
How do I check my delivery status?
You will receive a tracking link with your Dispatch Confirmation email. This will keep you up to date with the status of your parcel.

When will I be able to track my order?
Our tracking service is available once your order has been dispatched and received by our courier network. This is usually from 9pm on the day of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link with your Dispatch Confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve had change of heart, simply contact our Customer Care team on 0344 800 0092 (Standard Rate) and we will advise you of the next step.
If you have paid by Klarna, as soon as High Street TV have accepted your cancellation/return, then Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment within 5 business days. For more information, click here
What is the returns, exchange & refund policy?
We provide a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for many of our products. Where a product is covered by the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order for 30 calendar days after the day you receive your products. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or issue a partial refund where returned Products have diminished in value due to the mishandling of goods by the Consumer. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

How do I use a discount code?
When you add a product to your cart, you’ll have the option to enter a promotion. Enter your code in the box, click ‘Apply Discount’, and the promotion will be added to your shopping bag. You will also have the opportunity to add your promo code at the checkout page.
Can I send an item to an alternative delivery address?
Yes. If you're ordering online, you have the option to fill in both shipping address and billing address when you go through the checkout.
If you're placing your order by phone, simply specify that you'd like to send an item to a different address. We will take the details from you and add the delivery address to your account details. To ensure safe delivery, we will need the full address including the postcode.
Why won’t my promotion code work?
We're sorry you're having problems with one of our promotion codes. Please check the following:

  • The code: some of our promotion codes contain a mix of numbers and letters which can look quite similar. If you've been emailed a code, it might be worth trying to copy and paste it rather than re-typing it.
  • Expiry date: the code you are trying to use might have expired. Please check the date.
  • Eligible items: you may be trying to order items that are not included in the specific offer.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
Our couriers will endeavour to ensure that your parcel is with you on the day intended. If you are not home, they will often look to leave with a neighbour. When they do so, the Courier will leave you a note to let you know which house number. If your neighbours are not home, they will attempt on another day, they will reattempt on another two occasions.
How do I change a delivery?
When your order is being delivered by DPD, they will text/email you prior to your delivery. There is an option to change your delivery day by following the instructions on their message.
What payment methods do you accept?
When ordering online we accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and now we also offer ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ or ‘Slice it’ with Klarna. For more details, click here
Do you accept payment via cheque/postal order?
If you wish to pay by postal order or cheque, please call our UK Sales Team on 0344 800 0649 (Standard Rate) and a member of the team will talk you through the process.
How do I find a specific product?
There is a search bar in the top right hand corner of each page of our website. Simply click in the box and type the product that you are looking for. After you have typed the first few letters, our Smart Search tool will prompt you with suggestions. Simply click the product that you want to look at.
Why is Next Day Delivery not available in my area?
Our courier’s Next Day Delivery service currently cover 85% of the United Kingdom. It is possible that if you have not been offered to select it, that we are not able to meet the request.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
Once your order is complete, you will be provided with an associated reference number. Shortly afterwards, our team will email you with an order confirmation.

How much will delivery cost?

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - this can vary from £0 to £9.99, depending on the size and weight of your product. Look out for FREE DELIVERY promo’s on selected items. Where there are multiple items in your order, you will only be charged one delivery fee based on the highest delivery charge within your order. The delivery charge will be added to your basket before checkout.

Next Day Delivery (order before 7.30pm 7 days a week) – where available, select this service at checkout for delivery next day when ordered before 7.30pm, from £6.99. Some post codes including those in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands are excluded from this service. If we become aware that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside of our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.
